Georgette Howard

Ms. Howard has over 20 years of corporate and trust experience in all aspects of Corporate and Trust governance and best practices having worked at some of the premiere corporate and trust business service providers in Bermuda.  Her corporate journey began in the early 2000s when she joined Butterfield Fund Services Ltd. (now MUFG) department working with trusts and corporate documents, eventually transitioning to Butterfield’s Corporate Banking (Corporate Banking), having oversight of credit card and investment accounts applications, compliance monitoring. Ms. Howard made a career move to Appleby Services (Bermuda) Limited (Appleby) (formerly Estera and now Ocorian) during which time she obtained her Corporate Procedures Certifications and Trust and Estates Practitioner’s designation and Diploma in Trust Management.  Ms. Howard  managed a diverse portfolio of Corporate and Trust clients spanning various sectors including: Partnerships, Funds & Investments, Banking & Assets, as well as Shipping & Aviation, to name a few.  After a decade with Appleby/Estera, Ms. Howard transitioned to a local Trust Company having oversight of a portfolio of international and local Corporate and Trust clients.

From 2019 to 2023 Ms. Howard acted in the capacity of Deputy General Manager of BCB Paragon Trust Company Limited (now Trinity Fiduciary Ltd) and BCB Chartered Services Limited, (formerly wholly owned subsidiaries of Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited), specialising in corporate and trust administration.  Ms. Howard, in her capacity as Senior Trust Officer, had managerial and administrative oversight of staff and a diverse portfolio of international and local structures where she was integral to the remediation and active ongoing administration of the portfolio having assets under management in excess of $500 million.
