Michele Steinhoff

Ms. Steinhoff has a BA in English from Western University in Ontario, Canada and a Legal Transcription certification from the International Institute of Transcribers and Court Reporters.  She enjoys being a lifelong learner with a focus on compliance and privacy initiatives.  She has experience in providing administrative records management services as well as systems support and implementation and has gained experience in compliance through both educational and practical channels.  In 2020, she obtained a Privacy Officer Certification from the TLC Group and, more recently, she completed an International Compliance Association (ICA) course on Know Your Client (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) via the PACE Division of the Bermuda College.  She completed the Bermuda Monetary Authority’s (BMA) Service Provider Training course in 2022.

Ms. Steinhoff works closely with the CO & MLRO as well as the Senior Corporate Officer to provide compliance and regulatory controls, privacy programme development, and assistant secretarial and project support.
