Sharon A. Beesley

Ms. Beesley is also the Managing Partner of BeesMont Law Limited.  She practices in all areas of corporate law with particular expertise in investment funds, structured finance, joint venture structures and mergers and acquisitions.  She has over the last 31 years in Bermuda developed a recognised investment fund practice, particularly with respect to infrastructure and alternative fund strategies.  Ms. Beesley has also advised on a wide range of corporate transactions including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance issues.

Ms. Beesley is a former director of the Boar of the Bermuda Monetary Authority and is currently a director of two listed entities namely, Enstar Group Limited, and NASDAQ listed insurance group The China ‘A’ Fund Limited which is listed in the Irish Stock Exchange.  She is the CEO of BeesMont Consultancy Limited, a consultancy and management company, and a number of privately owned companies and is active on various voluntary business groups in Bermuda and a member of the BSX Listing Committee.
