Tim Calveley

Mr. Calveley has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, with the majority of that time specint in the alternative asset and family office sectors.  Starting his career with KPMG (London and Bermuda), he then successfully moved into CFO and CEO roles within the hedge fund management, reinsurance and family office sectors; the highlights of which include managing a large Single Family Office, being CFO of a billion dollar hedge fund, CFO of a global Reinsurance firm, CEO of a Family Office Reporting Services company and Deputy CEO of a global Fund Administration company with over 1,000 hedge fund clients and 500 staff in 9 countries.

Mr. Calveley has a proven and highly regarded track record for creating and realising significant shareholder value in a range of business sectors, and has successfully founded, bought, restructured, refinanced and sold numerous companies, including a global hedge fund administration business sold to Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and a Telecommunications business sold to Digicel Group.  Mr. Calveley has extensive experience in board roles as well as M&A advisory capacities and is an active equity options and futures trader with extensive knowledge of financial products, trading and investment strategies.

Mr. Calveley is a CFA Charter Holder and a UK Chartered Accountant.  He graduated from Essex University, UK and holds both a Masters and Bachelor degrees in Economics.  He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), having served as Chapter Chair of YPO Bermuda for three years.  He lives in Bermuda and has Bermudian status.
